The Strategic Finance and Business Analysis team at Ideal Living plays a pioneering role in shaping the data and analytics roadmap for the organization, leveraging insights from our broad spectrum of brand and products, including Air Doctor, Aqua Tru, and others, to proactively drive strategic initiatives.
Ideal Living is seeking an outstanding Sr. Business Analyst with extensive data analytics experience to work on customer engagement and behavior optimization projects. This role demands a high level of adaptability to fluctuating work scenarios and a forward-thinking approach to collaboration, aiming for the highest standards of achievement.
Moreover, the Sr. Business Analyst at Ideal Living is a master of analysis skilled at compiling data insights for our business stakeholders. This individual must be able to gather complex data in a clear and engaging way, ensuring stakeholders can fully appreciate and utilize the insights provided.
Your Responsibilities
- 3 years of experience in an analytics role
- Synthesize site funnel metrics to discover insights for traffic trends, click-through patterns, customer behavior / engagement, product performance, and purchasing patterns
- Elevate business performance by working with analytics talent and vendors to turn raw data into actionable insights, utilizing various formats such as dashboards, triggered reporting, or bespoke research analyses.
- Support the Marketing and Brand teams by providing insights and narratives that enhance their efforts.
- Ability to translate business requirements to data requirements
- Respond to ad hoc data requests while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of translating data-driven insights into accessible business language and engaging presentations effectively up, down and sideways across the company, with thoughtfulness around tailoring communication to different preferred styles.
