Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team of motivated individuals with a goal of exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Independently running 8-10 hour shifts, managing 2-6 employees per shift.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, fully stocked storefront at all times.
• Lead by example to set a positive tone and atmosphere throughout the entire day.
• Train/coach employees to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are done.
• Effectively plan and organize your outlook for the day to keep the store looking and running to the Ideal Nutrition standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers to ensure we are working as a team to reach daily goals.
• Able to adapt to challenging situations and look for solutions to address problems when they arise.

Job Requirements

• Minimum three years of management experience
• Minimum high school diploma
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication and team building skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends)

This position provides a base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
