We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with 1 - 2 years of Payroll experience and strong numerical skills. You will be responsible for processing employee timesheets and expense reports accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and verify timesheets, expense reports, and related documentation for employees across various locations to identify and resolve discrepancies in projects, timesheets, or expenses.
- Coordinate with employees, administrative teams, and management to address and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Partner with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of all data.
- Support the team with data entry and coding for employee expense reimbursements.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with employees, colleagues, and management.
- Handle and protect highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Education: No extensive payroll experience needed; just a good grasp of numerical and data accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
Education: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
