Brief Description
At Ideal Pase, our mission is to build to the best running machines in the factory. To achieve that mission, we have a high performing team of hard working, results focused professionals who thrive on learning tools and equipment effectively and efficiently. Due to increased demand for our products. we are looking to add to our roster. Initially, this person will focus on deburring and running the press brake with minimal supervision and will expand their knowledge and skill base into other equipment as appropriate. Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following required qualifications:
- Commitment to Integrity
- Positive, teaming attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
Beyond That, Our Preferred Qualifications Include
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement processes
- Experience in an ERP environment
- 1-2 years’ experience in a related position
