Located in Madison, WI Ideal Pase is looking for a leader of our Production functions. We are open to a Senior Manager through Director level- with the depth of skill and experience determining the level.
This person will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the production department, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality custom-designed industrial equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and the ability to build and foster a high-performing and engaged team through strong leadership and a focus on employee development.
