Job Description:
Ideal Producers Group is looking for an eager marketing professional to serve as the communications liaison between our executive, sales and out-of-house marketing teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance and financial industries, while honing your marketing, planning and project management skills. Ideal Producers Group looks for employees who have good time management skills, excellent communication and a willingness to pitch in when needed. This is a full-time position primarily in the office, with availability to work remotely on occasion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Streamline workflows and project approvals
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategy and maintain schedules for
Marketing initiatives:
• Provide marketing insights to support company objectives
• Organize and manage marketing collateral to streamline sales initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the COO as needed
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications
• Understanding of life insurance and annuities
• Experience working in Wordpress, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Constant Contact or similar email platform
• Event planning and/or support experience
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or equivalent education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while focusing on critical deliverables
• Understanding of essential business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Ability to spot emerging trends
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion while handling confidential matters and data
• Sense of teamwork and motivation to achieve team goals
