Requirements

- Proven experience as a house cleaner or similar role (Preferred)

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial environments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of flooring.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure all areas are well-kept.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
- Handle custodial responsibilities including waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Skills in residential painting or facilities maintenance are a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
