Bar Manager/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
• Control inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock to minimize waste.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, update website with current information, events and promotions.
• Utilize POS systems for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
• Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee setup, management and cleanup of events
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities, a plus but not required.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of club operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Previous experience in bar management is a plus but not required.
