Ideal Retirement Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of our firm and executing unforgettable client events. You will wear many hats, from managing event logistics to welcoming guests to our office, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external audiences.
This role is required in person primarily at our Port Charlotte headquarters. Events will be held in venues throughout SWFL. You must be local and willing to be onsite to be considered for this opportunity.
Compensation :
40,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities : Events :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client events (workshops, seminars, client events) to build relationships and promote our services
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee registration
- Set up and break down event equipment
- Develop engaging event content and presentations
- Oversee event execution and ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendees
- Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
