What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alarm Dispatcher-Weekend Nights! position at Ideal Staffing Inc.?
The Alarm Dispatcher is in charge of dispatching fire, medical, and security alarms for community members and business customers. Alarm Dispatchers take incoming emergency calls, determine the nature of the emergency, forward the request to suitable services, provide instructions to callers, and report to supervisors. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills: customer service, a clear speaking voice, emotional stability, the ability to work under pressure, and good communication and listening abilities.
Hours are 6pm to 6am, Saturday and Sunday, Both Nights!
Must pass Background Check, have Customer Service Call Center experience!
