Salary: $130,000 (plus a bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and litigation services to clients.
- Handle case management, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
