Personal Injury Paralegal
We are seeking two experienced Personal Injury Paralegals to join our client's sought after team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in both pre-litigation and litigation, with experience in reputable plaintiff-side personal injury firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys
- Communicate with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters from start to finish, including case intake and file management
- Prepare and file legal documents, complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Assist in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Maintain and monitor deadlines, court calendars, and case status notes
- Handle settlement disbursements and client communication
Qualifications:
- Preferably 5 years of personal injury legal experience (litigation paralegals preferred)
- Familiarity with New Jersey e-courts and court procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE & flexible)
