As an ACM Box Maker, you’ll be responsible for assembling aluminum composite material (ACM) boxes and panels to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Set up and operate CNC routers, panel saws, and aluminum bending machines
✔ Measure, cut, and fabricate ACM panels with precision
✔ Assemble components using riveting, welding, bonding, or screwing
✔ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in ACM fabrication, metalworking, or carpentry
🔹 Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
🔹 Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
🔹 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
🔹 Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Education & Experience:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent required
✅ Vocational training or certification in metal fabrication/carpentry is a plus
