🔹 Position Overview:
The Housing Operator will set up and operate metal stamping presses, roll mills, and other equipment to support customer product sample requests and production requirements.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
🔸 Set up, adjust, and operate metal stamping presses & rolling mills
🔸 Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment
🔸 Monitor press operations for efficiency and quality
🔸 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
🔸 Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality compliance
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
✅ Knowledge of press setup procedures & die installation
✅ Ability to read blueprints & engineering drawings
✅ Experience using hand & power tools for setup and adjustments
✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
📚 Education & Experience:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
🔹 1 years of machine setup & operation experience preferred
⚡ Physical Requirements:
🔹 Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
🔹 Standing, walking, reaching, and occasional equipment operation
