Job Summary:
This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute to HR initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
· Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
· Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
· Research and support HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
· Help with training and development initiatives, including scheduling and materials preparation.
· Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
