Ideal Tridon Group is pleased to announce we are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Boyertown PA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a strategic mix of account management, new business development, and re-engagement of inactive accounts. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on building customer relationships and hitting measurable goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Key Account Growth (30% of Role)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ~15 existing high-value accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and provide added value.
- Meet or exceed year-over-year growth targets for assigned accounts.
- New Business Development (50% of Role)
- Prospect and acquire new customers nationally through proactive outreach, research, and relationship building.
- Identify high-potential accounts and strategically convert them into long-term customers.
- Meet revenue thresholds before earning commissions on new accounts to ensure a focus on high-value business.
- Inactive Account Revitalization (20% of Role)
- Re-engage past customers with no activity in the last two years.
- Develop plans to revive inactive accounts and encourage sustained purchasing behavior.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to create loyal, repeat customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase average order value (AOV).
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Sales Metrics and Reporting
- Meet weekly and monthly activity targets, including call volume, sales funnel development, and quote follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects, leads, and accounts effectively.
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer feedback.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Must be comfortable and efficient in working in a busy open-floor environment
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or related roles preferred).
- Familiarity or experience in hydraulic systems, industrial products, and especially fluid power experience or related fields a plus.
- This knowledge will significantly enhance your ability to succeed in this role, but we’re willing to train highly motivated individuals with a proven sales background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales pipeline management (experience with MIVA, Macola or similar platforms a bonus).
