Ideal Tridon Group is pleased to announce that our Flow Connections division is currently recruiting a National Account and Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the key skills of strong communicator, a bias for action, and a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job location: Boyertown PA or Remote

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • From the sales side of the job, the ideal candidate will be expected to:
    • Negotiate and close agreements (e.g., rebate, payment terms, trade shows).
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
    • Prepare sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
    • Liaise with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main point of contact.
    • Lead by a matrix organization. The incumbent will have 100% support of the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to close deals and support inquiries.
  • From the product management side of the job, the ideal candidate will be expected to:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
    • Analyze competitive products and market conditions to inform product positioning.
    • Develop a new product roadmap and prioritize based on customer feedback and business value.
    • Monitor post-launch product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Foster an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Performs other related or additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and able to ask for help when needed
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Must be comfortable and efficient in working in a home office, and field type of environment (e.g. hotel or customer locale).
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually

Education and Experience:

  • A college degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline or equivalent work and educational experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working with major industrial distributors, OEMs in durable goods manufacturing, agricultural and aerospace equipment, or similar accounts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing during customer trade shows or conference meetings.
  • Must be comfortable traveling 40%-50% of the time
  • Must be comfortable with occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds (as required for trade shows)
