🌟 Position Overview: As the primary contact for an assigned customer base, you'll drive new business opportunities, support existing relationships, and ensure seamless communication between Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams. Your role will include quoting, pricing, and providing technical support to customers to meet our sales goals and revenue targets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:✅ Drive new business through inside sales strategies and manage assigned customer accounts. ✅ Revive inactive accounts and identify market opportunities. ✅ Lead salesforce campaigns, email marketing, and outreach efforts. ✅ Handle quoting, pricing, and sampling for customer RFQs. ✅ Collaborate with Engineering on product developments. ✅ Support customer setups, credit approvals, and pricing forecasts. ✅ Respond to customer requests and maintain records in AS400 systems.
🎓 Qualifications:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. ✔️ 3 years of sales or marketing experience in industrial sales. ✔️ Experience in pricing industrial products and strong technical aptitude. ✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Filemaker Pro, and AS400 is a plus.
