Position Overview:
We're looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards, drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues. As part of our team, you'll help maintain the high standards that have made Ideal Tridon a trusted name.
Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and company guidelines
🔹 Conduct supplier audits and assess their quality management systems
🔹 Evaluate supplier performance and develop improvement plans
🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base
🔹 Guide suppliers in quality management best practices
🔹 Support new product development to meet quality requirements
Required Skills & Experience: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
✅ 5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, SQE experience.
✅ Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Certification as a lead quality auditor is preferred
✅ Willingness to travel, including internationally
Physical Requirements:
💪 Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
🖥️ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, walking, and standing
