Secondary Math Teacher – IDEAL Program - 2025-26 School Year
IDEAL is PLCS's alternative high school program that our district is proud to offer for selected students, all of whom have shown to benefit from a smaller, non-traditional setting. IDEAL operates like a small school, with a total of 13 staff, (8 of whom are certified teachers.) Our math teacher is a vital position.
Description: Responsibilities include helping students develop abilities to solve and analyze problems from the simple to the complex. Candidate will be an individual who is student-focused, adaptable, and thrives when working with students 1:1 and as a member of a collaborative team.
Qualifications: Nebraska Department of Education Teacher Certification 7-12 Mathematics Endorsement required.
