Job Description
Our Client is currently running with a Server 2003 functional domain level. They have 6 regional offices with locally hosted Domain Controllers with 2 additional Domain Controllers at headquarters. They have purchased new server hardware and plan to deploy 2008 Domain Controllers to replace the existing Domain Controllers. The existing Domain Controllers will be removed from the environment. They would like to raise the functional domain level to increase capabilities with DFS and to upgrade their Exchange server. Additionally, they would like a review of the current Active Directory and Group Policies to include recommended best practices with an emphasis on security, availability and disaster recovery. A comprehensive project plan presented to the Change Management group prior to Domain Controller implementation and complete documentation of changes made is a requirement.
Qualifications
Windows - Advanced - 5 yrs exp
*Active Directory - Advanced - 3 yrs exp
*Group Policy - Advanced - 3 yrs exp
*Exchange - Intermediate - 3 yrs exp
