Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
Inbound and Outbound Outreach : Handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss and promote insurance products.
Policy Customization : Design and suggest insurance plans that align with individual client needs and financial goals.
Follow-up : Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address changes in their insurance needs, and upsell additional products when appropriate.
Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-standing relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to IdealTraits Inc.
Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely completion of applications and records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : At least one year of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Sales Skills : Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and a drive to excel in a competitive environment.
Customer Service : Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and a keen interest in understanding their insurance needs.
Problem-Solving : Proficient in identifying client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with insurance software and CRM tools is a plus.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Lake Orion, Michigan area is advantageous.
