Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients, providing them with compelling reasons to choose IdealTraits for their commercial insurance needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for businesses to understand their specific insurance requirements and provide customized solutions.
Policy Presentation: Prepare and present insurance proposals to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of chosen insurance products.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to expand client base and increase business opportunities.
Client Retention: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent service to secure policy renewals.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Oriented: Strong desire to build and maintain client relationships.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to build a strong network within the industry and local community.
