Role and Responsibilities
- Project Management :
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Design Development :
- Create and develop architectural designs, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Use design software and tools to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
- Regulatory Compliance :
- Ensure designs comply with local zoning regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include interior designers, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and draftspersons.
- Technical Expertise :
- Possess a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and systems.
- Specify materials and finishes that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Client Interaction :
