This role offers work location flexibility. With the option to work in Buhler, KS, Southwest KS, or Wichita, KS.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive first impression of Ideatek. Form positive relationships and deliver the message of internet freedom.
- Take inbound inquiries from potential customers and seek to understand their needs (challenges, goals, e.g.). Identify solutions that potential customers would benefit from
- Ability to follow sales training of identifying the objection, working around the objection, and upselling Ideatek products
- Take cancelation requests and provide solutions for retention
- Create a remarkable experience - presenting solutions that meet and exceed their needs
- Understand and effectively communicate services.
- Delivers educational experiences to the customer to help them on their journey
- Must bring a positive attitude, positive energy, and enjoys making new friends, all the time
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Must show care and concern for customer interests and needs. Highly motivated and self-starter; focused on the mission and goals
- Must be able to actively listen to others, understand their perspectives, and respond appropriately.
- Time management
- Must have grit and grind
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- 2 years experience in sales or call centers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet customers needs
- Some evenings, alternate hours and weekends may be required
- 4 years experience working in sales
- General knowledge of telecommunications services (i.e., internet, wireless, phone systems)
- Competitive base pay with commission incentives. .
