IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is seeking an experienced individual with a diverse background in information technology to act as a Field Support Agent and support our information technology support team at customer locations. This role will require travel to DoD Installations to support NSS equipment, interact with stakeholders and access a secure network to troubleshoot. The individual must possess a US Government Common Access Card (CAC Card).
In this role you will work closely with the Program Director, Integration Teams, and back-office support teams. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison for NSS and DoD stakeholders to access a virtual desktop onsite at DoD installations and assist NSS integration teams with remote support. You will be required to access the facility and verbally communicate with the NSS team during outages or routine maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Travel to and access a U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, or other DoD installation. Upon entrance, access a designated facility to access a controlled computer with a virtual desktop. Upon access, the individual will work with remote teams to communicate errors and logs to conduct troubleshooting and, or routine maintenance
- Travel to customer site located on a DoD installation and perform Tier 1 equipment troubleshooting
- Under the direction of the Program Director, assist with organizing, directing, and managing enrollment events on a DoD installation. This includes enrolling approved DoD personnel by using an Apple iPad tablet and NSS software to capture various individual data
- Maintain initial and annual security compliance training including online annual classes such as Cyber Awareness
- General Linux experience
- Possess an active Secret Security Clearance
- Common Access Card holder
- Ability to access a U.S. DoD installation with Common Access Card
- Knowledge of DoD base access
- Ability to drive to designated locations for installation access
- Fluent in English, additional regional languages a plus
- High-level network understanding

- Familiarity with Enterprise Ashore Enclave (EAE), formally PSNET and Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN)

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is desired
