Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, assisting with fingerprinting and document scanning using advanced technology.
- Verify customer identity and maintain database records accurately.
- Perform biometric processing to meet program accuracy standards.
- Identify opportunities for upselling retail products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
- Complete administrative duties and maintain inventory as required.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of applicable experience, sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background screenings.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Ability to travel in assigned area and work flexible hours
