This role oversees and manages one of our production facilities on the west coast, optimizing our value stream for customers while ensuring manufacturing excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the plant organization to improve the overall production process, product quality, cost outcomes, and culture. They will manage organizational change in a fast-paced environment, coaching and developing talent to ensure customer demands are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, inventory, wages, and salaries.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain is required.
