Responsibilities:
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Supervisor of Support Services is responsible for assisting the Support Service Manager and managing the department operations of their assigned shift. The Supervisor must possess organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure all Team members in Support Services are properly trained, cross-trained and adhering to the company policies. Oversee and manage the daily operation of inventory, picking, inbound/outbound, and safety of the team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
80% Lead and provide support
- Assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing daily department operations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conducting daily/monthly audits and yearly cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Oversee the picking process to ensure jobs release to Production accordingly by following the input Kanban and accurately picked.
- Monitor team member performance to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Implement best practice and continuous improvement strategies to streamline the existing process.
- Understand FIFO (First In First Out) process when restocking/transferring.
- Supervise inbound/outbound logistics, including counting, receiving, checking and uploading/unloading goods.
- Ensure all incoming/outgoing products are inspected for quality and quantity during your shift, and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with external department to ensure proper documents provided before proceeding
- Enforce and promote a safety-first culture within tea by ensuring all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines as followed.
- Conduct team meeting and provide coaching and with positive feedback results-driven environment.
- Provide ongoing training to team members on safety procedures, equipment usage, checklists, and emergency protocols.
- Set performance goals and monitor key performance (KPI) to ensure department efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with management to reivew operational performance, address challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Capture team’s transactions, safety incidents, and non-conformance reports and ensure the information are up to date for management to reivew.
- Understand and follow the PCI regulations when handling secure shipments.
- Write, deliver, performance evaluations
- Understand the interview, hiring, discipline and termination process
- Ability to assist training new hire in all functions, include the forklift and process to certify the team in house as required.
- Implement and support ISO 9001:2015 specifications and requirements.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ENVIRONMENT
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate or equivalent GED or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree I Logistics, Business or related filed is a plus.
- Strongly prefer 5 years Warehouse operations, Inventory Management, or related field with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, reading, writing and verbal skills.

- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in order to make sound business decisions in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in Warehouse/Vault environments
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS:
Ability to read and follow instructions and possess the necessary mechanical aptitude to operate department equipment.
