🔹 Base Salary: $35K Uncapped Commission
🔹 Fully Remote – Work from home (Ohio residents only; PA residents with industry experience considered)
🔹 Sales Hunter Mentality – Must be comfortable with cold calling & prospecting
🔹 Technical Sales Experience – Identity solutions, access control, or technology sales a plus
🔹 Ownership & Growth – Build and retain your own book of business!
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Drive new business through cold calling & outbound prospecting
✔️ Sell technology-based ID & security solutions tailored to customer needs
✔️ Manage an existing customer base while expanding your territory
✔️ Develop proposals, present solutions, and close deals
✔️ Maintain accurate data in CRM & track sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3 years of B2B sales experience (or equivalent)
✅ Proven success in a cold-calling, hunter-style role
✅ Strong ability to learn & sell technical solutions
✅ Consultative selling skills & a results-driven mindset
✅ Experience in identity/security solutions is a plus!
