What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Sprayer position at Identity Custom Signage?
We are in need of a paint sprayer who has at least one year of experience with urethane single stage and gravity gun painting. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and willing to work with a great bunch of people. Candidate must be dependable and a team player.

Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.
- Apply various painting techniques to meet project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in urethane painting
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experienced with single stage urethane paint
- Experience with gravity gun painting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
