Position Summary:
Identity Group – Brunswick Campus is a fast paced, everchanging environment delivering exciting sign and visual decor projects to major retailers and grocery clients nationwide. The Account Manager is a key part of this service.
This is a very dynamic and rewarding position. The Account Manager works directly with clients and sales to identify the scope of the project and determine the best way to estimate costs, build interior signs and deliver them to our customers.
This is a front office position in our production facility. The Account Manager coordinates with our production team throughout the manufacturing and fulfillment process. The Account Manager also assists with quality assurance and adherence to the design requirements. This is a fast paced environment delivering exciting marketing and promotional projects to major retailers and grocery clients nationwide.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Work with clients to estimate projects using our automated order writing system
- Convert estimates to orders and kick off the production process
- Manage open items and close out projects upon completion
- Maintain strong communication lines and a team-focused approach
- Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of assigned accounts
- Demonstrates regular and consistent daily attendance at the Brunswick Campus
- Complies with all Identity Group policies and procedures
- Maintains confidentiality of Company and associate information
- Performs other job functions as assigned by manager or designee
Requirements:
- Project Management and/or sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in building things
- High-energy self-starter, as well as, collaborative team player
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly must be able to sit, talk, see and hear and occasionally walk and stand
- Sedentary work, frequently may lift up to 10 lbs
- Must occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and handle and frequent use of fingers for keying
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to multitask and easily be adaptable to fast-paced environment and change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor
- Must be organized and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
