What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merch Expert position at Identity Ink?
This position will be a jack of all trades type of job, starting at $17.50 per hour Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Ideal Candidate will learn ALL facets of the front-end of a Branded Apparel/Promotional products business.
Customer Service
- Greet customers and potential customers when they enter the business.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Reply to incoming emails and social media inquiries.
Sales
- Turn all of the above CS transactions into sales leads.
- Grow your own customer base to manage and nurture.
- Cross sell customers.
Marketing
- Work directly with team to create marketing campaigns to grow awareness about our brand.
- Help create, schedule, and publish social media posts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
