Role Description
Identity Media is seeking a passionate and results-driven Public Relations and Marketing Account Executive to join our team in Miami, FL. This full-time, on-site role requires a creative and strategic thinker who excels in managing client accounts, developing PR campaigns, pitching to media outlets, and both PR and Social Media Campaign, amogst other Marketing duties. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic team to drive success for our clients while enjoying a supportive, creative, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement PR strategies that secure top-tier placements across print, broadcast, and digital media outlets.
- Pitch stories and build strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify client visibility.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client objectives align with PR and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute PR related events, including product launches, media dinners, and community initiatives, ensuring seamless on-site representation.
- Write and distribute press materials, including press kits, pitches, and social media content, tailored to each client’s voice and goals.
- Monitor trends, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Assist in creating and curating content, managing online communities, and launching paid social campaigns(when needed this overlaps with PR Campaigns).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public relations, media pitching, and marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and media relationships.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
