Geriatric SNF Nurse Practitioner

Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura is seeking an Adult-Gerontology Primary Board Certified Nurse Practicioner to compassionately serve our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the community of Ventura County, California. Minimum Qualifications:

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (AGPCNP-BC)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses

• 2 years of prior clinical experience in geriatrics and/or skill nursing facilities preferred.
