• Shape the global software strategy
• P&L responsibility 
• Work with Cross functional teams to drive growth within the business unit
• Integration of new products through M&A activity
• Collaborates with senior management to develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales and financial performance.
• Responsible for executing sales strategy and growth initiatives by personally building and maintaining relationships with key customers, helping sales team develop impactful territory plans and strategies, and leading the sales staff to achieve results.
• Manage organizational vision by communicating a common purpose, driving change cross-organizationally, and inspiring and motivating people and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Company product set with a strong interest in the evolution of the testing tools business
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
• Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to audience at all corporate levels
•  5 years of post undergrad (with a math based major with business exposure - like Finance, MIS, economics, etc.) work experience, primarily in the software industry
• Practical knowledge of multi-functions within a software company (e.g. finance, accounting, support, sales, marketing, R&D).  
• Previous experience with private equity industry or an  investment bank
• Strong analytical skills with clear communication and decision making skills.
•  Personality trait of curiosity and confidence in attacking problems even if the candidate has little experience.
•  Self-starter and self-solver. This person will not be micro-managed.
•  Ambition, ambition, ambition.
