Associate Director - Captive Insurance
As an Associate Director, you will join our office leadership team. You will be an integral part of moving our business forward and helping our Fortune 500 clients with unique solutions to their challenges. This is a hybrid role based in Vermont.
What the day will look like
- Responsible for the overall servicing of a portfolio of key client accounts
- Member of office leadership team: develop strategies across key components of our business.
- Mentor and develop colleagues.
- Strategize with clients on how best to optimize their captive insurance company and help develop solutions to complex client problems.
- Collaborate with other parts of company to bring the best solutions to our clients.
- Prepare and present insights during client board meetings.
- Increase company profile within the captive insurance market.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in similar roles
- Extensive and proven experience in senior roles, preferably within captive Insurance management – essential
