The OEM Sales Manager will help grow US Valve by identifying & winning new business opportunities from new and existing customers within assigned markets as well as maintain a profitable book of business with existing customers. Assigned markets are not limited to blower & pump manufactures / packagers, industrial drying, power generation, water / wastewater, and chillers.

The candidate will ensure USV customer satisfaction, act as the customer's biggest advocate within our company, help mitigate any conflicts that may arise and deliver company objectives such as price adjustments and product line simplification.

Customer Growth (50%) :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Account Management (40%) :

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and market conditions.
  • Other Activities (10%) :

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote US Valve Corp.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Requires minimum bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Physical Science or Engineering) and / or a business discipline (Administration or Marketing) with at least 5 years of experience in selling
  • Moderate manufacturing business acumen and understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Excellent people skills and written communication skills
  • At least 60% travel required, all within North America

    Total Rewards

    The compensation range for this position is $91,800.00 - $137,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
