Overview of Role:
As a Pump Technician II, you will assemble and test A.O.D.D pumps, service kits, and sub-assemblies. You will also:
Check assemblies for proper fit, form, and function, replacing parts and components as required in a systematic rework loop as necessary.
Test and troubleshoot pump assemblies following standard work instructions.
Champion 5S activities and projects focused on product line cell ownership.
Regularly audit and redline standard work instructions as part of cell ownership and continuous improvement.
Perform simple set-ups for test stands, fixtures, and tooling following standard work instructions.
Effectively communicate with peers and management both verbally and in writing.
Properly document and handle material scrap following documented procedure.
Your skills set:
We are looking for individuals that have the right skill set as well as the right attitude. You can have a great impact at Trebor if you have the following:
Must have a High School Education or equivalent.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Good eye-hand coordination.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
2-3 years experience in a production/manufacturing setting and/or mechanical assembly.
