PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of shipping, receiving, and the warehouse functions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unload, inspect, and shelve incoming goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory using the ERP system.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
Arrange the transportation for shipments.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, optimizing space utilization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be comfortable working with computers and in various systems
Experience operating a tow motor or fork truck
Experience using an ERP system required
Warehouse experience required
Must have high attention to detail
The ability to use various hand tools and power tools
The ability to use lifting devises, such as hoist, and select proper rigging
WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
General Physical Activities. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms and legs and moving whole body, such as typing, grasping, holding, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Handling and Moving Objects. Use hands and arms in handling, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended period of time.
This position is Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.
