DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and manages all Receiving Clerks, maintaining efficiency and organization of the warehouse.
Overseas daily receiving operations with the warehouse.
Ensures all incoming shipments are accurately checked, documented, and stored.
Completes quality control checks.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Tasked with inventory control throughout the site as part of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Monitors and maintains stocking levels, inventory location accuracy in JDE System.
Regularly conducts cycle counts of inventory.
Plays key role in annual physical inventory counts for the site.
All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management System WMS).
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, warehouse staff, and other departments.
Knowledge of inventory control practices.
Experience in warehouse operations and receiving procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years in a warehouse or manufacturing supervisory or leadership role.

May be exposed to various workplace hazards, including chemicals, machinery, and noise. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential.
