Overview of Role :
As a Heater Assembler I, your focus will be on following detailed work instructions to assemble modules for our Quantum NXT heaters. The position requires the individual to be detail-oriented and skilled with using hand tools, soldering equipment and testing instruments In addition, you will :
- Perform tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component installation with precision.
- Conducts quality checks on assembled components to ensure they have the proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts as needed
- Identify and report any assembly issues or discrepancies to supervisors or engineers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
