Job Details
Job Title: Windows Engineer Location: Washington, DC Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills:
System imaging, Windows OS installations, OS configuration, drivers/BIOS updates, application installation/upgrades, windows patching, SQL installation and configuration
Troubleshoot of Tablet and peripherals connectivity.
Network connectivity (cell and Wi-Fi) setup and troubleshoot
Able to create and/or update technical procedure documents
Experience to update, upgrade and maintain system with Intune and SCCM
Good to have experience writing/troubleshooting Power shell scripts
Required to travel as necessary to crew bases and/or aboard the trains to provide hands-on support
Need good communication skills
Be able to carry heavy loads, up to, 50 lbs.
What you have:
High School Diploma or bachelor s degree equivalent to Computer Science/Engineering
2 years of experience building Windows based systems, preferably Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment
Optionally, 1 year of experience PowerShell Scripting
