- Ensuring customer service requirements are met by assigning loads to trucks and managing operational requirements.
- Dispatching planned loads and taking ownership of assigned areas.
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage customer trailer pools and coordinate network needs.
- Handling late pickups, delivery changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Maintaining a positive work atmosphere and performing additional managerial duties as needed.
