Job Title: SAP HCM/ Functional Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC (1 or 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, focusing on payroll and time management modules.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM modules.
Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Train and support end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP HCM modules.
Stay current with SAP updates, enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
Lead and participate in SAP HCM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
6 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with a focus on payroll and time management.
Experience working with union organizations
Understanding of Labor Relations
Understanding of time and leave configurations
Human resources experience preferred
Business Analytics experience required.
