IDEXX is growing rapidly in the Veterinary software market and due to this we are looking for multiple Veterinary Software Sales Associates with a proven track record to create and maintain sales and growth opportunities for our Veterinary software such as our cloud practice information management software (PIMS) and ancillary products.

We're looking for someone hungry for a challenge - there will be an initial period of getting stuck in and getting your hands dirty, but the right person will reap the rewards of an exciting, fast paced sales environment with numerous career pathways.

This is an entry level role working with a close-knit team to build a pipeline of quality leads and nurture the opportunities that we haven’t been able to close in the past.

In the role of Veterinary Software Sales Associate:
Create and nurture new sales opportunities for IDEXX’s Veterinary Software products - you will search, source, identify and engage with potential customers over a variety of media channels as well as cold calling

Responsible for pipeline management

Consistently accomplish quarterly & annual quotas.

Accountable for collaboration with the Companion Animal Group(GAG) Commercial team to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction with IDEXX.

Book product demonstrations via webinar/demonstrations for prospective customers with our Veterinary Software Consultant’s.

Learn, practice and hone varied sales skills and techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences that transition customers into our sales pipeline

Build your SME knowledge in the SaaS market and the veterinary space to provide professional and knowledgeable sales interactions

Receive comprehensive support and training from an experienced leadership team who are focused on your learning, growth, and success

Gathers feedback from customers to contribute to product development, sales and marketing strategy, and activities.

What you need to succeed:

A Multitasker - you'll need to perform a range of tasks under competing demands and deadlines

Loves engaging with people - self-assured with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

A problem solver - good at thinking on your feet

Enjoys working to goals or targets

A self-starter, who is organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once

Sales experience is an advantage but not a must have if you are passionate and keen to learn!

Computer proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook).
