Responsibilities
- Receive, process and confirm customer orders accurately (pricing, qty, ship dates) Ensuring that orders are entered timely and accurately into IDIs ERP system.
- Retrieve weekly release schedules from customers SAP/ WebEDI Portal
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers which includes: answering calls, responding to emails, sending requote letters, confirming orders & providing updates on orders.
- Leads daily production meetings to discuss customer orders/ important topics
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies with the customer
- Exhibits a high standard of integrity and dependability in all aspects of work, including conduct, attendance and adherence to organizational policies
- Learns, follows, and upholds defined quality procedures, expectations, and standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and company efficiency
