Mechanical Punch Press Setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up and prepare mechanical presses by performing a varying number of operations. Removing and Setting Dies. Adjusting stroke, feed, speed and safety equipment
- Collect and document measurements found during First and Last piece inspections
- Move raw material using a fork truck or hand truck to press floor
- Follow required safety practices
- Complete minor maintenance repairs which could include: (Add Oil and change oil filters, Adjust airlines, Clean dies, Replace inserts, Repair guards)
Job Requirements:
- Must have Previous Mechanical Experience or Mechanical Aptitude
- Basic mathematics and good communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience with measuring instruments – Calipers and Micrometers
- Read and understand standard blue prints
- Must have own Tools & Toolbox.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work on feet for an extended amount of time
- Can reach, push and pull at least 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.82 - $24.72 per hour
