The Confluence Hotel is currently seeking talented and experienced restaurant bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will be integral to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. With The Confluence Hotel's commitment to exceptional service and mixology expertise, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate creativity, precision, and a strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wines, and spirits. Your ability to craft innovative and delicious beverages, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall success of our bar program.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Create and recommend cocktail recipes based on customer preferences
Have extensive knowledge of drinks, including spirits, beer, and wine
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Operate POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain bar operations, including cleaning and restocking
Multitask and handle multiple orders at once
Have knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations
Problem solve and handle customer complaints
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service to customers
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Adhere to alcohol regulations and laws
