Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant :

  • Provide administrative support to a director-level leader, managing routine projects and coordinating departmental activities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Maintain documents, files, policies, and procedures, and manage databases
  • Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements, lodging, equipment, and event logistics
  • Manage calendars, departmental schedules, and event planning with complex logistics

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant :

  • At least 1 year of relevant, recent experience in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), EPIC, and related systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in fast-paced environments with interruptions
